Their height can rival that of the ancient trees they watch over, their forms composed entirely of living wood that creates appearances both awe-inspiring and uncanny. Each Guardian is unique, bearing characteristics of the specific grove they are bound to protect. Ancient entities believed to have emerged from the heart of Yaluma, the sacred grove, they are thought to be living embodiments of the first trees planted by Yuvan, the God of Nature, at the dawn of the Onari's connection with the forest. The faces of Grove Guardians, etched with the wisdom of ages, are adorned with patterns resembling the traditional markings of the Onari people. They are not a species but unique magical entities intrinsically linked to the health of Yaluma. Their well-being reflects the grove's vitality.
