Description
Nimbus resembles a four-legged lintel whose body mutated under prolonged exposure to Holy Item Radiation. Its fur swirls like living stormclouds, threaded with leafy tufts and tiny blossoms that bloom with each breath. Wide, halo-bright eyes and a plumed tail give it the appearance of a child's toy brought to life—yet this illusion masks an apex anomaly that is equal parts pet, pest, and weapon.
Appearance
Civilians whisper the nickname 'Cloud Rat' after spotting it darting across London's chimneys, leaving trails of mist in its wake. Syndicates place absurd bounties on live capture. MI6's file marks it simply: Classified Hazardous Entity. Nimbus devours spells like candy, burping them back magnified by holy radiation.
Behaviour
It disperses into storm vapour to slip through cracks, engulfs foes in fog, or inflates into a titanic storm-beast silhouette. When overfed on magic, it leaks weather phenomena—sparks from its tail, sudden rain showers, tornadoes from sneezes. In critical overload, it triggers miniature Holy Item Radiation Storms.
