Where Fate created Holy Items imbued with celestial power to protect and serve, the Fallen One crafted Infernal Items filled with the dark, corrupting energy of the Demon Realm. The Eye grants its wielder incredible insight and perception, allowing them to see truth in its rawest, most unfiltered form—but this power comes at a terrible cost. The unrelenting exposure to the unvarnished reality of the world proves overwhelming, even maddening. The constant flood of information, the inability to shut out truths that most would rather ignore, leads to a fracturing of the self and a splintering of the mind into disparate, often conflicting personas.
