The All-Seeing Eye

Summary

The All-Seeing Eye is an Infernal Item used by Nameless to read an opponent's intentions and anticipate their attacks. Its influence reaches beyond a duel: those caught in its gaze can turn on one another as its madness spreads.

Description

Uncovering the All-Seeing Eye gives Nameless a terrifying advantage: he can read the intent behind Kira’s attacks and anticipate the movements that follow. The weapon changes the fight before a blade connects.

Its influence does not stay between the two combatants. Around them, people from opposing factions turn on one another as the Eye feeds the chaos. The danger is wider than the person wearing it: allies can become enemies while the wielder is still concentrating on winning.

Background

The All-Seeing Eye stands as one of the most dangerous Infernal Item ever created, forged by the Fallen One during the Celestial Shattering from shards of the fallen star. Where Fate created Holy Items imbued with celestial power to protect and serve, the Fallen One crafted Infernal Items filled with the dark, corrupting energy of the Demon Realm. The Eye grants its wielder incredible insight and perception, allowing them to see truth in its rawest, most unfiltered form—but this power comes at a terrible cost. The unrelenting exposure to the unvarnished reality of the world proves overwhelming, even maddening. The constant flood of information, the inability to shut out truths that most would rather ignore, leads to a fracturing of the self and a splintering of the mind into disparate, often conflicting personas.

Abilities

• Absolute Perception (Sees truth in its rawest, unfiltered form)
• Mind Fracturing (Induces split personalities in wielder)
• Power Amplification (Exponentially increases abilities when Nameless emerges)
• Reality Insight (Cannot be deceived by illusions or lies)
