Summary

Damien in orange and Marley in blue are the Demon's Legion's inseparable Dread Twins. Their coordination carries from music into mayhem: they cross a laser grid like dancers and move through a conversation as though neither has ever needed a whole sentence.

Description

The Dread Twins stand against the warehouse wall in near-perfect symmetry, olive skin and matching dreadlocks lit by neon band posters. Their timing carries them from the Legion's music to an MI6 laser grid: one look, a coordinated leap, and the way is clear for everyone behind them.

They are just as synchronised when Gabriel destroys the television or the heist starts unravelling. One begins the joke; the other sharpens it. Under the laughter, Marley is still hurt by Goaden's departure, and Damien knows when to put a hand on his shoulder instead of adding another line. Their closeness is a weapon, but it is also how they get each other through a changing crew.
